Resource Management Maturity Scorecard
This scorecard works through a structured set of questions about how your business currently manages capacity, workflow, and resource planning. At the end, you get a maturity score across the key dimensions of resource management, along with specific observations about where the gaps are and what they are likely costing you.
The scorecard is not a diagnostic in the same depth as a Capacity and Workflow Review. What it will do is give you a clear starting point for understanding where your business sits and whether a more structured conversation makes sense.
